1. Delivery Coverage

   We deliver to all regions across India through trusted logistics partners to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

   • Local Orders (within city limits): 2–3 working days
   • Outstation Orders (within India): 3–7 working days
   • Remote Areas (Jammu & Kashmir, North East India, Kerala): 5–9 working days

   Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, strikes, or logistical delays.

3. Shipping Schedule

   • Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Saturday.
   • We do not ship on Sundays or Public Holidays.

4. Order Tracking

   Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

   • Your tracking number
   • The courier partner handling your delivery

   You can track your order status within 24 hours of dispatch. In rare cases, tracking updates may be delayed due to technical issues beyond our control.
